641369 2008-02-21 06:49:00 That calculates my distance rather accurately, but according to the graph, I should be getting just over 3500kbps... Yet I am very lucky to get 1600 kbps...

Here (www.speedtest.net) is a speedtest to a Wellington server (I am not far from wellington) and look at that... :groan: Then there is Napier (www.speedtest.net) and Auckland (www.speedtest.net)...

Ask a neighbour what they are getting, in fact, ask as many as you can and if you are all getting the same speed, then you would be better changing houses than ISPs.
