| 641182 | 2008-02-20 10:23:00 | Probably no help here, haven't really looked behind the sky box but I think we just use AV cables. Since the sky box require the sky card I would assume the sky box does the decoding and all it does is feed the AV into the computer. Not sure if there are things like sky box free sky subscriptions. |

| 641183 | 2008-02-20 22:44:00 | Nope unfortunately there are not, The sky box is the only way to properly decode the sky signal anyway, tv cards with slots for sky cards are not available in NZ readily and you would still need the sky card which costs the same as getting it with the box. Ideally i would use av cables if the computer was near the sky box but unfortunately it is in another room and long av cables are pretty expensive | hazza87 (12499) | ||
