Some people though, get caught up in the "my browser is better that yours" mentality, as if they invested money in the darn things. vinref (6194)

the only time it would have a chance is wene its not full of spyware (ie never)

But I went back to IE.
Why? Habit . I missed IE. After 5 or 6 years of IE I had grown to like it and I knew all it's foibles. Firefox kept throwing new things at me.

If I patch it regularly, run a firewall, anti-virus and spyware purge every second day then IE does exactly what I want it to do.
