1423473 2016-07-21 07:49:00 I'm not going to be fixing this as its one of our computers at work but just out of interest I'm hoping to learn something here.

Windows 10 IE is set as the default browser and not edge. office 2013 is installed and outlook handles the emails. Since the upgrade from Win7 to 10 IE totally refuses to see Outlook or let it send anything by email from the browser. All associations are set in internet options to use outlook for emails yet IE still refuses.

1423474 2016-07-21 09:43:00 Are the default programs set by the New Settings Option ??

Check the old way Via the control Panel, in case you don't know -- Right click the Start Button - Control panel, then check the settings as described in Number 3 HERE (www.winhelponline.com)

Just tried it on this PC, IE and Office / Outlook 2013, worked fine.

If all is correct could simply be another failure during an upgrade instead of a fresh install :2cents:
