1420570 2016-05-15 10:55:00 Brought it off Ebay AU. I know the person sent it, they gave me a tracking number.

It was sent on 12 April, arrived in NZ 23/4. And disappeared in Auckland

So, where would it go once it arrives in NZ?

I tried the International Mail centre about a week ago. But, since it's not a NZ tracking #, they have no record of it. Tried a few couriers, same reply. Someone must have it but WHO?

I have an overseas item in transit. They gave me a NZ Tracking too....no idea how that works but apparently it does...
Anyway, the sender is the one who has to start enquiries...........

The sender knows now

This is the 2nd item I've brought that I haven't received (but not from the same sender). The 1st one didnt have a tracking # tho and I dont think it arrived in NZ.

BUT, I did get a refund .If nothing happens by 19/4 Ebay is next

1420577 2016-05-15 23:54:00 a few things :-)

try www.17track.net
registered doesnt allways mean trackable
some cheap couriers tracking is worse than useless
some companies actually give out bogus tracking numbers , even if they did send it. Ive had that happen , goods still arrived though.

NZ Posties are terrible with these things. If its sig required or wont fit in leterbox, sometimes the NZ postie will just bypass the address , make no attempt to deliver , and not bother
to leave a card to call in the letterbox (Ive had that, often)
Most times when my packages go awol, its the NZ postie at fault .

If it had batts(any sort), liquids, glue it may have been confiscated (and even destroyed) somewhere along the line
That happens, customs can & do just destroy packages with batts in them , as sometimes they were illegally sent .

Try NZ Posts tracking page, if it shows in there as arrived in NZ, ring NZ post. They are quite helpfull when you ring them.
You can allways just go to the local depot, ask if they have anything for your adress (Ive had to do that a few times, it was there, undelivered)

1420578 2016-05-16 00:11:00 The NZ post site doesnt show that it arrived in NZ, the Malaysia Post site does. It's a Malaysia Post Tracking # not a NZ one

Thats why noone can find it here, it's not a NZ tracking #

Dont know if it is registered but it still had a tracking # on Ebay for it.

I know some of the couriers here are pretty useless. With previous parcels, some of them did leave a card in the letterbox, even tho I was at home.

They didnt knock on the door.

Even tho my address, name, and my mobile is on the parcel, (And I had the receipt to prove what the parcel was, and it had my details), I had to go to the courier around the corner to prove who I am.

I cant. I dont drive, dont have a licence, I have a passport but its old. The last time I went to the courier they were going to refuse to give it to me (because of no ID).

Said it should have a mobile on the parcel. Guess what it did. They didnt look

Some even signed for me after they dropped off the parcel
