1420581	2016-05-16 00:42:00	I buy a few items per year on ebay from various sellers. Some items can arrive as quick as a week, some may take the full estimated time. A few have not arrived at all, but I have always been refunded in full. Tracking numbers are a mixed bag. Some lower priced items don't seem to get one. Some numbers don't appear to go anywhere. Some work perfectly & you can track the item all the way. Others will start tracking, then go off the radar. Next thing the item will arrive. A recent purchase, untracked, failed to arrive by the last estimated date. I then received a email from the seller offering a refund or to send another item. My reply was, "if you can't supply the item I'll take the refund" I received a full refund within 3 days. The following week the item arrived, go figure.	Driftwood (5551)

1420583	2016-05-16 02:49:00	Ive had one item from China take 3 months . Big surprise when it arrived, Id given up on it . Some Chinese sellers send via another countries courier system (eg Sweden) , so a big batch of parcels get sent in bulk from China to Europe(or wherever) , then onsent to NZ . Takes 6+ weeks & the tracking is worthless . I allways use Paypal, that gives an extra level of protection when things go bad . Also , wasnt there another short Chinese holiday just recently . 1420587	2016-05-16 05:37:00	I never spend too much on E-bay because I don't trust it that much. Some of the stuff I bought just disappeared and with a supply time of over 4 weeks it's too late to use E-bays feedback etc so you are solely at the mercy of the supplier at that point. I've still got some good deals from them though. Amazon on the other hand, my kindle showed up inside a week and was still cheaper than Dick Smith. I do find most tracking numbers from Hong Kong sellers start working on the NZ post tracking site once it reaches the country, it can be next to impossible to track it before that though. Sometimes though if you can figure out what tracking site to use it works. Only a couple of really cheap items didn't arrive for me, and it had been so long since I ordered them I never bothered chasing it.	dugimodo (138)

Doesnt take 3 weeks from Auckland to me Speedy, they do lose planes toooo. 1420589	2016-05-16 06:05:00	I dont either, it's only $27-28. 2 wireless keyboards / mouse It said it would be here by 13/4. I couldnt do anything until it had passed. If I clicked on I didnt receive, it didnt come up with the usual page. So, that's their fault not mine. Ebay have already emailed saying I have to wait till 19/4 in case they arrive, then contact them If I wait too long (if it's after 28/6), the request will be closed. They've opened up a request case and given me a ref # I would trust Ebay more than Trademe I know what site to use the Malyasia Post or I7 told me where it is.
