1420260 2016-05-10 22:26:00 Seems its a common problem.

have a read of this article www.androidpit.com Also scroll down to the comments section there are a few others that have solutions / slightly different ways it had to be done.

1420261 2016-05-11 00:24:00 All drivers updated on win 10, do cells have drivers? Cicero (40)
1420262 2016-05-11 04:01:00 Not sure if this is what you want Cic, but with my Android phone/Win8.1 laptop combo, I use Dropbox to do photo transfers from phone to laptop. On the phone, if you go into Gallery, you can select the folder you want (e.g. Camera) and then use the Share function to bring up the option of using Dropbox. I gave up faffing around with cords etc because Dropbox is so easy. My phone is Android v5.1.1. and it has the Dropbox app installed. You can also set up regular sync options. John H (8)
