She uses Windows XP, and has lost her 'Programs' - in other words, Start, Programs - shows 'empty' although the programs are still actually there on the computer. I don't know how to fix it for her. Are you able to help? As always - TIA. :) |

| 642218 | 2008-02-20 19:41:00 | Try This Go to the c drive or whichever drive the operating system is installed on, right click the documents and settings folder,in the properties window if the hidden attribute is checked then uncheck that and apply the settings. |
