642115 2008-02-20 02:50:00 I have two drives in my machine, each drive has several applications in the Program Files folder. I want to consolidate all the applications into one drive without having to remove and then reload them again. I there any software that will allow me to do this? RayMac (13426)

Not easily, you'd probably need to reinstall them.

With the 2nd drive, did you install the software to that drive from the PC it is in now, or did you move the drive from another PC?

642117 2008-02-20 03:27:00 depends on the apps.

Most will need re-installed, but *some* smaller shareware/freeware apps do not need to be installed. You can test them by dragging and dropping into another folder and try running them from there with the app's exe.

I have several I have used for years and I just create a new icon on the desktop if i ever re-format the drive. mIRC is one that works like that.
