Rge same thing happened with AMP, Lynne and I took out an annuity policy for our children, hoping it would be sufficient to get them through Varsity. Both our two were accredited UE, but silly buggers didn't want to do it!!!. The son of course sold his shares when they were $26.00 up therer at the top price, brains of course, the rest of us are sitting on a bit of a flop now!. Never mind, thems the breaks. Lurking. |

| 327793 | 2005-02-24 20:55:00 | Excellent post Andrew. This is clearly a GPG play but that doesn't mean that the two companies aren't better separated. I agree that GPG are waiting as underwriters to mop up AWM shares. So maybe better to buy GPG instead for the longterm. Which I suspect is behind the GPG price rise over the past month. | Winston001 (3612) | ||
| 327794 | 2005-04-18 08:53:00 | I see the AWM share price has started on the slippery slope already - although it's way too soon to buy yet - even taking into account the downward adjustment of the markets today. ......... patience ........ patience ........ |
