I am almost certain there aren't any in my HD, but as I am not a programmer I would never really know.

As for the article, the nature of the internet and consumer IT means that criminal use will never be prevented except by severely limiting access to the internet and computers by the state. And if that happens, al Qaeda and its ilk will return to disposeable mobile phones, newspaper ads, ..., carrier pidgeons and smoke signals. Meanwhile, the rest of us will be suffering from state oppression worse that what al Qaeda could do to us.
