| 326537 | 2005-02-19 21:32:00 | Hi everybody, My name's Tristan Clark, and I'm looking for a 2D graphics artist to join me in making fairly small 2D games, sort of like the ones you can find at the Game Developers site (www . nzgda . com) . In terms of money, it wouldn't be a paid job until we can start selling some games online . Having said that, I currently have a contract with the Royal Society to produce an educational program/game about NZ waterways, which has to be finished by the end of March - so if anyone comes on board in time to help with the graphics for that, they would certainly get a share of the profits . Basically I just want to have some fun making cool little programs, so if you want a really serious job, you'd be best to look elsewhere . If anyone's interested, here's a sample of what I can do: . geocities . com/mcalphabet/svexample . zip" target="_blank">www . geocities . com This is an abandoned attempt at making my own version of an old sega game called Shining Force . Nothing in it is finished, and it is very buggy, but hopefully it'll give you an idea of what I can achieve programming-wise . So if anyone's interested, I'd love to see some samples of your work . You can post them up here, or email them to me at tristastic@hotmail . com Cheers! EDIT: The link to my example may only work if you right-click and choose 'save as' . Good old geocities . . . . |
