Exactly! :D If they're being 'monitored', it's probably on their web traffic, so I think that's done in conjunction with the individual's ISP's. Don't think the Police are using bots & zombies yet are they? :rolleyes: |

LimeWire isn't torrents, although you can use the latest version to download torrents. It's only illegal if you download illegal material, and I'm really not sure how your ISP could ping you for downloading with LimeWire, although I'm sure theres a way...torrents as long as you use packet encryption it isn't a problem, its the actual visiting of the sites that is, the only reason I said that was it would be better, if they are being monitored, that they don't do anything else dodgy lol. So pretty much ignore what I said as it was really off-topic. :o |

And I would imagine his ISP would have to tell him if he asked . Weed huh . . . . . . . . . . well I've heard it makes you paranoid . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . |
