Give em a fruity breakfast, and a healthy dinner 5 or 6 times a week, and give em a break for their school lunches - let em have a small packet of chips every second school day.

Variety is the key, and don't be paranoid - just ease up on the stupid cornflakes in the morning, and not too much milk if they have to have cereal or muesli.

??????
um im doing this for a parent teacher workshop???? not for my lunch time snacks and lunchs for me kiddies, they fine, they semi healthy...:p
You would be surprised at how many parents dont realise the impact food has on their children.....colours, additives etc. can make teaching a nightmare when they bouncing off the walls.

but thank you for your input.....and thanxs Foxy i had seen that site....pretty good really.

331150 2005-03-10 09:08:00 Went to the hospital today and went to health services.....no not A&E or anything like that......

and came back with heaps of info, and handouts and posters....i had no idea that these people have all this there and any Joe Bloggs can walk in and ask for stuff......really interesting, and the rainge of info and pamplets was eye opening....

would recomend any one looking at anything health related info collecting wise, go talk to your hospital.
