The ISP Does have a record of every web site a person goes to, what time of the day, the amount of data and the IP address of that site. I can go onto Paradise ( my ISP) and Look Back as far as 2001 (www.imagef1.net.nz) If I expanded those links out it tells you every thing. The ISP would have to allow the police access to this information - and I would suspect they normally would have to have a court order or something like that. |
