2008-02-29 04:28:00 | Please look at this (www.ceramics.co.nz) page, and cycle through the slideshow. On most browsers, including (I am told) Safari on the Mac, the images resize appropriately, but on Safari/Win on my PC they don't. The seem to take the dimension from the first transition, and thereafter distort the images to fit. I need to know whether it is just my Safari, or whether it is a general problem. The distortion isn't really obvious until you get to the later images, so please cycle through all 10. TIA

2008-02-29 04:32:00 | I just checked on Safari and Firefox and there doesn't seem to be much distortion from what I can see. Just checking on Safari in Windows.... ok - its not cycling through the images on Windows although I don't have the latest version of Safari

2008-02-29 06:12:00 | Just checking on Safari in Windows.... ok - its not cycling through the images on Windows although I don't have the latest version of SafariThat's new - on my Safari/Win it cycles, but the images distort. I'm on Safari 3.0.3 (522.15.5). I just disabled Javascript on Safari, and the images wouldn't cycle (not surprisingly). Do you have Javascript enabled? I'm about to put a NOSCRIPT tag onto the page, so check in 10mins to see if you get a warning.

2008-02-29 06:32:00 | seems fine to me in the latest Safari on windows What version of Safari? (see previous post). I need to nitpick here - did you go through all the 10 images? It is only the later ones - the extruder, the spray booth and the tile press where it is glaringly obvious that they are distorted.

I'll get the latest version and see what happens. I'm doing my Safari testing on Win XP. |

2008-02-29 07:19:00 | All fixed! I installed the latest version of Safari and all the problems went away. The penalty for using beta software, I suppose. Thanks everyone for your help - as usual, PressF1 rides to the rescue!:thumbs::thumbs:
