| 335124 | 2005-03-17 12:30:00 | i am using winxp professional with sp2 . i give print command on my dot matrix printer but i donot get any message of retry or cancel if the printer is off . I also cannot delete the printjob or cancel printjob which is currently printing . other jobs get deleted . It shows in the status bar that deleting the job . but does not get deleted . Even if i restart the computer it doesnot get deleted . I have to give net stop spooler and then restart then the job gets deleted from the print buffer . thanks |

| 335126 | 2005-03-17 22:47:00 | Go into the printer applet in control panel, right click the printer icon,select delete all qued jobs, or something similar. If that doesn't get rid of it then unplug your printer from teh comp and try it again,if still no joy delete the printer icon (efictivly uninstalling the printer,reboot, plug the sucker back in. |
