645414 2008-03-01 23:17:00 Just wait a bit for XP SP3 RTM (hopefully this month (www.microsoft.com)) then slipstream that with nLite (http://www.nliteos.com/). sal (67)
645415 2008-03-01 23:23:00 You can download SP3 wich covers all (most) updates and yes, you can slipstream it into an install disc if you wanted.

The SP3 is still pre-release beta, but can be downloaded here (www.softwarepatch.com) - 315 mb

645417 2008-03-02 00:30:00 If you can't wait for XP SP3 go to to http://wud.jcarle.com and download a update list and get each individual update .exe file straight from MS's site. jwil1 (65)
645418 2008-03-02 00:35:00 You can also use a ghost utility like NortonGhost or Acronis. These are very good cos they take a snapshot of the harddrive. So all your apps like winrar/zip/adobe/firefox.......... are on the snapshot and are recovered when you reload it. jberries (13063)

645422 2008-03-02 20:38:00 I think its all besides Office updates.

You have to download the ulz files and run them so they extract in the install folder. To keep them up to date every mth tho.
