| 337363 | 2005-03-23 23:47:00 | For many weeks, my Xtra MSN Hotmail has been using a Flashing Alternate RED/GREEN Headline Banner promoting New Zealanders to get their Green Cards for the USA. Not only do I find this persistence to leave godzone offensive, but the nature of this huge Neon flashing sign gives me a real headache when trying to read emails. Despite my complaints, they continue. At what point does a Banner add change from being an item that can be ignored to something that detracts from everything else on a page ? Is there anything out there that can remove these (perhaps firefox Greasemonkey ?) |
