I am using from software995 but in free version it takes time to open and displaying advertising on start up etc. Thanks, |

Also use Sumatra as my reader much, much smaller than Adobe This can be a handy feature, but you can simply leave the password blank if you choose so it is not problem. Havent tried Bulzip, but many of the 'free' converters add a line at the bottom which, to me, translates as 'this guy is too cheap to use the real thing", and as I am, I don't like to use these programmes. Bullzip is all good in this department as it is strictly freeware with no "premium version" option, unlike (www.cutepdf.com/) other (http:) similar (www.pdf995.com) software. I also find Bullzip has the cleanest, most appropriate interface (unlike PrimoPDFs IMO). While we're comparing, Bullzip's 4MB install looks nice slim compared to PrimoPDFs 20MB too (however this could be because GhostScript is bundled with PrimoPDF, which is usually (http://www.dopdf.com/)* needed for PDF printing functionality). * doPDF I'd safely say is the lightest PDF print driver you'll ever come across as the install is not only just 1.35MB but also doesn't require the 16MB GhostScript bundle as most others do. However using it, I found output PDFs to be off most times with slightly more complex document layouts, etc. Definitely worth a try if you've never used it before though. |
