| 645948 | 2008-03-03 10:33:00 | Uncompressed 16bit 2 channel 44.1KHz PCM WAV audio (this is what you get on a standard audio CD) is approx 10MB per minute. Assuming that 1TB = 1048576MB, this means you could fit around 104,858 minutes (1747hrs 38min). Realistically it'll actually be a bit less, as the filesystem takes up room, and drive manufacturers measure size different to everyone else (they use decimal units rather than 2^x). |
