| 338488 | 2005-03-28 11:43:00 | personthingy, So far what I've tested has, which is designing images using pretty much all the tools, filters, saving it, saving for web, etc. I've also copied some of my Windows fonts over, yet there's a limit of only 500 fonts, so I'm trying to work out how to over come this, although, I don't really need that many fonts, well not that many useless fonts that are supplied by MS really. One limitation is copying from Photoshop to another application like GIMP but to overcome this until I find a method, I just save the picture then open it with GIMP. Another program that I've used on WINE is UltraEdit32, which I downloaded and installed using WINE so no need for doing the steps outlined in my tutorial. I will probably review other programs on WINE if there's a need to do so. KK |
