646447 2008-03-05 22:11:00 Another vote for FL Studio here - not the cheapest, but it certainly does an outstanding job. It does have a couple of shortcomings though - no score view, and no tempo change markers. Other than that, I have no real complaints. Erayd (23)

When I was 13/14 I was Principal Boy Soprano at a concert at the Albert Hall in London.
Now? A rusty gate has perfect pitch compared to me. PJ :D

I do have memories of that event. Bloody scary at the time. PJ

646451 2008-03-06 01:53:00 Hey PJ You weren't the boy soprano on the intro music to 'Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy' were you?? Nah, too recent I guess. I often wondered though what that music was. :) Richard (739)

Nah, not me. About 1951. Concert in aid of Barnardos fund collecting. Got to sleep over in the catacombs below on army camp stretchers. Fed by the army as well, serious grub. Serious music as well. I enjoyed the whole event but was scared stiff on stage. There must have been a hundred of us in the choir. PJ
