what do i mean?

i already had the correct settings for xnet already in my router so i just changed the username and password. I held down the reset button for 10 secs before. I enterned the information and rebooted the modem, but the adsl ethernet and status lights on it where all flashing at once which doesnt normally happen. also internet exploxer didnt work so i switched it back to xtra username and password. whats wrong? i rang them up yesterday afternoon, how long would it take from them to switch you over? how long does the actuall process take?

645819 2008-03-04 03:26:00 Think about it James, if you change the settings to Xnet you won't be able to get Xtra broadband.
Now you have done a reset you will have changed all the settings to the router default ones and you will have to do a complete setup.

Did you not read the earlier posts to wait until Xtra stops, this confirms you have been changed over then you put in the Xnet username and password and the router connects to Xnet.

645820 2008-03-04 05:06:00 30 mins before xtra stopped working i pushed the reset button on the back and tryed to connect to xnet but it didnt work. so i changed it back to xtra which still worked... explain that. then about 30 mins after this xtra just stopped working signing me out of msn and stuff so i tryed to connect to xnet which toke about 10 mins before my router lights on the front would flash norammly. also it shows some yellow writing where the ip adresses where saying DCP or something.

because i did all this would my xnet download speed not be at its full maximime speed if i just tryed to connect once xtra stopped rather then trying when it was working? im only getting 2950kbps but just got over 2200kbps with xtra so its a improvement.
