| 339295 | 2005-04-02 11:25:00 | how about a banana cake recipe.... :p 150gm Butter 1/2 Cup standard sugar 2 Eggs 1 cup mashed ripe bananas ( about 2-3 large ) 2 cups plain flour sifted with 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teapsoon baking soda 3 Tablespoon milk. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Preheat oven to 150 degrees Combine sugar + butter in a kenwood, mix till white and and no grains of sugar remain. (about 5 min) Add the eggs and mix through Then the banana + mix through Finally combine the baking soda and milk, add with the flour into the butter mixture, mix until the flour is JUST combined into a thick batter. Pour into a greased 20cm cake tin and bake for about 25-45 minutes. Also makes around 10-12 standard sized muffins or about 6 jumbo texan sized muffins. |
