2005-03-29 23:02:00 | Can anyone tell me where the throttle is in a Hawker Hurricane is? The one on my joystisk is not very accurate. Just finished an IFR fliight from Invercargill to Rotorua with landings in Chch and Wgton. I'm proud of myself.

2005-03-29 23:08:00 | I run FS 2004. Try pushing shift then one of the number keys below the F keys, and one of those combinations should bring up the throttle quadrant. eg. shift + 1, shift + 2 etc. Trevor:)

2005-03-30 06:13:00 | how long did the flight take you jack? | Prescott (11) | |
2005-03-30 09:43:00 | I spent about an hour and a half, but I cheated a bit. I used "warp speed" on a lot of the flights. | JJJJJ (528) | |
2005-03-30 10:07:00 | Jack, according to my trusty old Illustrated Encyclopedia of Aircraft the throtle control on the hurricane is on the pilot's left side. You can see it in this photo of the Alpine Fighter Collection's Hurricane during its restoration: www.nzfpm.co.nz
