| 647626 | 2008-03-09 05:28:00 | I am currently using Adaware SE personal and am really happy with it. However, this product has expired as Lavasoft has brought out Adaware 2007 free. I was seeking advice on whether to update to Adaware 2007 free or has the scene moved onto a much better free antispyware? Note: Only 128mb ram needs to be considered! Thanks for the advice, zahmad |

| 647627 | 2008-03-09 05:45:00 | To be honest Zahmad, I've lost faith in Adaware - I used to use it a lot, but it's detection/removal has really fallen off the pace in recent years . I'm a big fan of Spyware Doctor by PC Tools - their free version doesn't have active scanning, but given the RAM in your rig, that's no problem . GIve it a try: . zdnet . com . au/downloads/0,139024478,10634478s,00 . htm" target="_blank">www . zdnet . com . au HTH :) |

| 647628 | 2008-03-09 06:25:00 | Yeah, Spyware Doctor (www.spywareterminator.com/) (17 MB, trial) is quite decent as is Spyware Terminator (http://www.spywareterminator.com/) (9.5 MB, freeware). | sal (67) | ||
| 647629 | 2008-03-09 06:44:00 | The three I use all the time and these get rid of lots - Spyware Doc ( Free as nofam said) Spybot S&D - in my sig if needed- and Super Antispyware (http://www.superantispyware.com/) - Free version. | wainuitech (129) | ||
