| 340757 | 2005-04-04 07:15:00 | what a load of crap, any 027 phone can be connected on any plan or pre paid number...... demand for a new number. i think you are getting a tad messed around, you may have a real dumb ass on the phone, ask for there manager and explain your situation, the operator should pass on the phone. |

| 340758 | 2005-04-04 07:24:00 | The main thing i cannot understand is why it takes so long for it to be connected? its not like they have to dig a hole for a new cable to be run or somfink. :eek: am i being unreasonable to want it connected the day i buy it? or is that normal? makes me wonder why i bothered.....shoulda gone to vodafone like i originaly thought..... meh. and yeah if it doesnt happen i will get new phone, number and it most probably wont be a telecon one...... :( beetle |

| 340759 | 2005-04-04 07:35:00 | dont give up that soon beet :) yeah i dont understand why transfering a number in your case takes so long. when i swapped numbers from my broken 2280 to my tx115c, they said it would take about 8 hours, but in fact it took 5 hours and i was quite pleased. take it into a shop so you can talk face to face and sort it out there. |

Hubby gave them a rark up today while i was a work, and threatened to remove all phone lines, numbers to telstra clear.....so musta worked....:p LOL still not very loud tho. beetle |

| 340761 | 2005-04-26 04:26:00 | Ok im seriously not pleased with this phone it is no where near loud enuf for me when at the mall for me to hear it, when in my bag . . . . . have missed so many calls . And HWMO is ready to put it under the hammer . . . . I am not able to find a real loud ringtone for it, not like my old nokia . Am i able to take it back and swap it for something louder now i have a number???? or will i have to buy something else? grrh beetle |

| 340762 | 2005-04-26 04:46:00 | its the phone, the ringer on these phones are not the best :( . nokia's are known to have good ringers on them . i hope you still have your receipt handy, try to bring it back saying that you are not 100% happy with it, say the ringer on it is junk, hopefully you will get a refund,and buy a different phone . i *think* all those phones that have those special ringers are not very loud . also with this phone i find that the reciption is a tad unreliable, you have full reception and a second later you have none or just one bar . this model sure is a bad one . my friend has a tx95c(the model below it) and that seems ok, not sure on the volume of the ringer though . my old nokia 2280 was a very load ringer, it doesnt have a camera or colour, but it still was a wicked phone . and tough too, mine surived 3 drowings and on the fourth one it died :rolleyes: good luck :thumbs: |

| 340764 | 2005-04-27 01:51:00 | Well i rang telecom to ask, about ringtones.....no go. So they suggest i take it back and trade it....for a nokia. it is totally up to the shop what happens. As i have had it longer than 7 days. i cannot just return it. hardly been used...txts and 1 call made. Its not worth me keeping it, if i cannot hear it and am still unable to be contacted. any sugestions wanted, on a good nokia phone, and LOL anyine want a hyundie phone? LOL i love it otherwise. beetle :( :( |

I wear my USB flash drive on a cord around my neck so that I don't forget it, usually stuffed down my top to prevent it getting hooked up on something and strangling me. :p Your cellphone shouldn't be too big to do the same so you are bound to be able to feel and hear it then. Hopefully it is like our new one and has a little loop to thread a cord through otherwise you will have to get creative. ;) :D |
