I'm afraid you logic of (That processor is comparable to a X2 5200+ which is only $150) It doesn't work like that.

If it did then the price of a 160 Gb HD would be double that of a 80Gb drive, which it isnt.

It works when I compare AMD .vs. Intel in U.S. countries (U.S. dollars). But when I compare price .vs. performance for New Zealand something just isn't right.

647568 2008-03-09 20:33:00 You're better off getting the E8xxx series CPUs anyhow if your mobo will support them. Slightly faster than the E6xxx :)
