| 341401 | 2007-06-16 21:48:00 | I spend most of my day at work on hold - I call insurance companies for a doctors office. So I have heard all the hold music there is. The absolute worst in the entire world (and maybe the universe) is Sprint! Not only is the music irritating, but the poor reception makes it even more intollerable. I wonder if any of the CEO'S listened to the music before it was used. Everyone has different taste when it comes to music and there is no happy medium. My sugestion - keep the volume down or have "silent hold" - Happy holding everyone! |

That is some of the better music out there Metla. Sounds like you need to leave that cave you call Wanganui every so often. Maybe pop over to Ohakune today and catch a bit of the Mardi Gras while it is still on. On topic, TesltraClear on hold music is crap as is their ability to actually answer the phone when you ring up for assistance. |

Man ever since that lady left Slingshot has just turned into a big steaming pile of $h!t. |

There was a list out a while back for numeric key codes to get past the electronic stuff . . each place uses a different code, but just try "0" a few times and it might switch to a human . |
