| 340750 | 2005-04-02 11:41:00 | in that case i think you might need to pop in and see someone at the telecom shop or ring 0800 323232 this is a number for customer service and to top up your phone, but when you brought the phone, wouldnt it already be connected because its a plan? and joined to your home bill? swapping overnumbers/getting connected will take about 5min for them to do the numbers and all that, and after about 3-5hours your phone is connected and ready to use. hope that helps, pres. |

| 340755 | 2005-04-03 07:08:00 | Well still not connected, shop rang and told me i wasnt able to have it billed to my homeline due to it not being homeline??? Telecom say its fine but have not actually received an order for this number so my phone is not in the system...so i expect to wait another 48 hours.............:( Shop is not telling all the story, and not telling the truth, but telecom say it is fine and enjoy my phone when its connected. :( beetle |
