| 648558 | 2008-03-11 09:41:00 | I've recently been hit with this worm, and i've searched the web for solutions, and so far it hasn't worked. I'm running antivir classic, and it keeps poping up even if i delete it in safe mode. Any other suggestions? thanks heaps in advance! |

Open my computer / right mouse, select scan with trojan remover. Delete whatever it picks up as this worm. Install Avast Home or NOD32. Disable system restore Get rid of any P2P programs you've got Then update Windows |

| 648561 | 2008-03-11 20:01:00 | Thats part of the Rbot family - This tool here (www.sophos.com) is designed specificity to remove it. Download, double click to run it. Go into the configuration button and change it to scan all files. As speedy said - disable system restore as well. Then run windows update. Heres what it does ---- Side effects: • Disable security applications • Records keystrokes • Registry modification • Makes use of software vulnerability • Steals information • Third party control If you do Internet banking - I'd suggest you change your password. |
