Can you do field codes (or something similar) in open office 2.x?

I use word at work and use field codes a lot at work for writing formulas and equations a lot.

Can't find anything obvious in oo

cheers

I did that but it still doesn't seem to help

an example of what I'm after

in Word if go insert --> field and go through the options and type

H\S(o,f) it would give an H with a superscript o and subscript f directly above and below each other

P = \B(\F(nRT,V)) would give me P = (nRT/V) but the numerator on top of the denominator and all in brackets

any ideas?

cheers
