| 342073 | 2005-04-06 03:37:00 | Ive got an elderly (about 30 years old) Hioki A-10 multi-meter with a open circuit resistor in the ohms X 1 range. Now, whilst I have a circuit diagram for the meter, Murphy would have it that the only value missing on the diagram is the open circuit resistor! Unbelievable! Anyway, I thought if I could upload the diagram somewhere some of you familiar with Ohms law may like to have a crack at calculating the value. Ive had a go but have little faith in my calculations given that I was never a gun at multiple resistors in series and parallel. :) (Anyone remember that Cubic Ohm test?) :p Any takers???? Then buy a $10 or $12 digital meter, and measure the pot. (Then just use the digital meter for measuring resistance. :) ) | Graham L (2) | ||
