| 342167 | 2005-04-07 06:13:00 | when i looked at the results at 4.15pm i had 21 results now i have 26. ive got enough results now, so thats great. nah its ok george, any input is fine :) hopefully people wont mind, its totally anonymous so i dont have a clue on who wrote some of these, but i might know a few..... - speed fo traffic around me - The sense of speed is a rush - The thrill, really. I'm answering for next year, when I will be 15 and have my license. Now I won't speed in situations normal people do. I'll do 100 on the motorways and 50 in town - but I wouldn't mind having a LITTLE bit of a zoom around in *safer* places. By safer I mean non-dangerous terrain and no cops :P - Simply keeeping with the traffic flow most times. Or wanting to overtake a slower vehicle in as short a time as possible. - When I feel I need to keep going and going and going like the Energizer battery. - Nothing compels me to speed, however it is possible to drift over the speed limit (particularly on the open road) when the road gradient changes and the accelerator pressure needs to be adjusted to compensate. It pays to check the speedo regularly. - i dont - Keeping up with the flow of traffic, normally 60 - 70Kmh in 50K zones - Nothing - So I can drive safer, if the conditions allow. - lack of traffic on raod - my car can go fast - my car can go fast - When I have to pass slower trafic. - 1. I'm late and want o make up time 2. I enjoy the thrill of driving fast, especially with the window down 3. I enjoy motorsports and want to emulate my heroes 4. Because there are no cops around 5. Because I can 6. Becuase I used to (some years ago) want to beat my friends in our own mock speed trials around Auckland 7. BUT Auckland traffic congestion, my responsibility to my family and my desire to keep my licence generally keeps me under the speed limit. - On the open road - the pressure of other drivers who in NZ tail gate you if you dare to do just 100Kmh. NZ drivers seriously need to lose their love affair with speed. Around town - similar situation, many drivers disregard 50k zones and drive at 60 to 70. When a whole flow of traffic does this it is hard to maintian the speed limit. - Other traffic up my tailpipe. - music - music - Nothing. I am a slow driver - mind wandering - the thrill. I’m sure the course instructor will nod his head, It will just be affirming what he already knew, People speed due to participating in satanic rituals.... So I take it you submitted more than one reply then? |

Not so hard to follow is it old chap? Have a cup of Luke warm water and a little lie down, though at the rate you take to get through a thread I expect you to see this reply in an hour or so...... |
