| 649565 | 2008-03-14 23:36:00 | Hi i have a D-link 604t wireless router with QOS and im having troubles setting the QOS. I have only 2 laptops which both connect wirelessly to the router and both with manual IP. How do I shape the speed/bandwidth to one of these laptops..let say to 64k. I saw some options there but they were for LAN or WLAN as one but i got both laptops on wireless and only want 1 of them to have limited bandwidth. Thanks. and PLEASE only post if you have real answers! |

| 649566 | 2008-03-15 00:11:00 | According to the manual it works for the Wired LAN / WAN I cant see anything relating to the Wireless directly, but it does say you can select different ports on the LAN. Full QOs settings and options /instructions start on page 74. If you don't have the manual download it directly From This Link (ftp://files.dlink.com.au/products/DSL-G604T-GenII/Manuals/DSL-G604T_GenII_Manual_v1.11.pdf) << Right , click Save As to download it other wise it loads in a browser. its a 5.9Mb PDF or from their site - Here (www.dlink.co.nz). |
