345025 2008-05-02 18:18:00 Looks like the Army may have a bit to explain now that the original Coroner appears to have made a mistake. The judgement has been overturned in court.

Sorry to bring up an old thread but I thought it better rather than starting a new one.

345026 2008-05-02 22:57:00 Worse then that, The original coroner got it right, based on the information he was given, which was a massive blanket of lies from the army that contradicted their own report.

Heads should roll, People should be put in jail, stripped of everything they have, and shamed publicly.

The Government needs to arrive at the negotiation table with the cheque already made out in full.

It wont happen though, Too much scum in power, They are prepared to look after themselves and the beneficiaries, But that's about it.

They are without honour.

I feel really sorry for them and I hope they get their farm back plus a lot.

The first coroner must have been a twit.

And good on Bob Moody for pursuing their case.

If they are all members of the Labour Party they will all be fine. No inquiry of any kind will find fault unless Helen says it is ok to do so.

345031 2008-05-03 05:37:00 In my view the Army should be held liable for the cover up.

Information was there that the original coroner either did not have or he ruled it inadmissable. Either way it sucks.
