You just have to type in the username that you want to reset the password for on the screen with the list. It has in brackets at the end of the line next to the prompt (Administrator) which confused me at first. |

| 649266 | 2008-03-15 01:58:00 | Tried nofam's suggestions:"resetting an admin password via a repair installation" with no change - just kept cycling through boot Test hard drive revealed a bad sector. Have replaced the hard drive and am starting a fresh install. Thanks to everyone for your help. |
