Nowhere is it stated he worked on Ubuntu apart from in your thread title. There are thousands of Ford employies who have never worked on a falcon.

344529 2005-04-13 12:34:00 I think some of you need to think a little more outside the square, much of what I posted earlier in this thread was a nudge to see if you were capable of taking the leap from your first conclusion, obviously not, the shortsighted view must be that looking at something from a different or multiple view points means one musn't like it aye?

how sad, I expected better.

344530 2005-04-13 13:04:00 Metla, you were clearly wrong and it shows. It happens to everyone. Relax and get over it. vinref (6194)
344531 2005-04-13 13:10:00 Wrong?

by asking a question I am wrong?

I'll ask it again, where does it say anywhere apart from your thread title that he worked on Ubuntu?

I'm not saying he did or didn't, Ive seen no proof or statement to suport your claim.Your the one making asumptions.

Points 49, and 50. You should have read the whole article.

This is shaping up to be a waste of my time.

344533 2005-04-13 13:21:00 Lmao.

Indeed, you could have answered the question much earlier by pointing out 49 and 50,and I should have read the entire article.

Though I would point out that none of the work described in 49 and 50 is implemented into Ubuntu, which is why hes complaining in this instance.

now where were we?

Metla, everything would have been sorted out if you read the whole article before you made an uninformed comment.

Jesus Christ man. What are you on?

Do you think that the guy only designed two things, neither of which made it to Ubuntu (one of those two actually did, maybe you should re-read it)? Who would employ such a person?

Why don't you just write to Mark Shuttleworth?

You just hate being wrong, don't you? Relax, grow up and get over it. Or get your facts straight.

344535 2005-04-13 13:47:00 Get a grip old son,i have been wrong about many many things, its no skin off my nose at all.

I was quesntioning the assumption that the blog writer is a designer working on Ubuntu,it took you about 8 posts to provide an answer that was more substantial then he worked for a particuler company.not my fault you dicked around with the relivant info.

I have no doubt that his work has gone into many projects, The question was which of these projects made his a designer on Ubuntu. That is all.

From all that you have supplied he contributed to one item, Its highly likely he input is much larger, without a statment saying so its still an assumption.

No need to get uptight.

LOL.

And what sort of moron would email Mark Shuttleworth over a discussion on a forum?

Laughable.
