347500 2005-04-22 07:39:00 Greetings PressF1, I just bathed and was about to enter my own bedroom when I stumble upon a small "worm" (around 2-3cm, with antennas sticking out of its head) or whatever you call that "crawling" quickly towards my bed, which I was freaked out :yuck: I then quickly use a tissue paper and wrap that disgusting scoundrel and threw it away (not into the wastepaper basket of my bedroom, of course). I've vacuumed my room 1 week ago and I am planning to do it again tomorrow. Could anyone suggest any other things that I can do? I've eczema and I don't wish this crawlies crawling on my skin when I am asleep :yuck: . My bedroom is carpetted and in there sits the home computer. Cheers :) Renmoo (66)
347501 2005-04-22 07:44:00 What colour was it? Could have been a centerpeed if it had lots of legs. craigb (4884)
347502 2005-04-22 07:49:00 Doesn't seems to be a centipede. It seems to have the shape of scorpion. Renmoo (66)

Then we can have an identify the bug competition.

If you've squashed it you could use a flatbed scanner LOL

Perhaps a genetically modified crab.

347505 2005-04-22 08:09:00 My bet is on it being an earwig.... Metla (12)
347506 2005-04-22 08:16:00 I've threw the bug into the bin and I am not going to look for it. It's not any shrinked marine animal, that's for sure. Cheers :) Renmoo (66)
347507 2005-04-22 08:16:00 My bet is on it being an earwig....I'll second that! Mugshot of Earwig (www-unix.oit.umass.edu)

You need to clean your ears more often ;)

Large black crickets in the room are much more fun. Can't catch them, they jump at you, climb walls and you can hear them scrambling around.
