| 347302 | 2005-04-24 17:35:00 | Had any advertising yet? From nz.comp "Just noticed today, when browsing the internet, for no reason whatsoever, I was redirected to a Slingshot advertising page, similar to this www.slingshot.co.nz , advertising their broadband services. At the bottom of the advertising, it had a link to the page I was trying to visit. I think this is pretty poor, as I am paying for a service, and I don't expect them to be interrupting my web browsing by displaying advertising that prevents me from browsing websites." |

I can't wait to turn my "Adblock" off in "Firefox 1.0.3" to see if I can get it too. I probably will. You'll find now that you're surfing more and faster, that most sites advertise for all their worth nowdays. TV1 and the Herald have just come up with a new research one that defeats even Adblock (I think). Keep smiling, you've already done the right thing even if you, like me, have missed out on the giveaway deal. By circumventing Telecom's Xtra we must be on the pig's back. |
