| 649742 | 2008-03-15 21:09:00 | This happens only in Outlook, in no other program, the cursor goes incessantly between the hourglass and the arrow--about ten times a second. It's very distracting. I've used the program for years. It just started happening after I upgraded to Office 2003 SP3. I've tried changing cursors but to no avail. The pointer/hourglass still works. Any suggestions? |

| 649743 | 2008-03-15 22:50:00 | Have sorted this out now. Opened Outlook in safe mode. Deleted ACT! 2008 activities in Outlook and Outlook activities in ACT. ACT! users will understand. One or both of these actions fixed problem. Cheers, |
