| 1424761 | 2016-08-22 05:06:00 | I want to uninstall Skype. I have searched the net and found various "uninstallers" but most come from sites I have never heard of and don't trust. One is a method from Microsoft and might be OK. Is Revo suitable for this? TIA |

| 1424762 | 2016-08-22 10:23:00 | can't you just uninstall it the regular way? | dugimodo (138) | ||
| 1424763 | 2016-08-22 10:27:00 | You HAVE to be careful uninstalling Skype with Revo, just doing it willy-nilly will often take out other parts of programs esp if you have Essentials installed. Seen one, totally mucked up the windows live mail as well. | wainuitech (129) | ||
| 1424764 | 2016-08-22 13:45:00 | can't you just uninstall it the regular way? Do you mean by using ControlPanel's Add and Remove programmes? There are plenty of posts on the net saying that this doesn't work because it doesn't do a complete cleanout and you can't then do a reinstall or install a later version. |
