| 1424557 | 2016-08-15 16:43:00 | Why my PC cuts me off unexpectedly to do a "restart" every now and then? What could be the cause? | CHIN3927 (17430) | ||
| 1424558 | 2016-08-15 20:55:00 | If it's not crashing / bluescreening, that can mean a faulty power supply Look in event viewer under windows logs / system. If there are any event id: 41 task 63 errors, this can mean a faulty PSU Is it a desktop or a laptop? |

| 1424560 | 2016-08-16 01:23:00 | No idea where to look into "windows logs/system". Do I type in "Search"? I am using desktop. Thanks for responding. | CHIN3927 (17430) | ||
| 1424561 | 2016-08-16 01:51:00 | does it restart without warning ? any messgaes before or after it restarts ? how often ? is it only when you are using a particular program ? its probably a hardware fault : could be Power supply fault, overheating, power spikes, failing motherboard. Sorry, but if you dont know how to find windows logs, the repair is probably beyond your level of expertise . You;'ll need a spare power supply to test with with, most dont have that. |
