1421914 2016-06-20 07:36:00 If I was an Englander I would be voting for exit. However I think the stay camp will win.

Its going to be very close I think too close to really pick but i'm supporting a leave vote

1421915 2016-06-20 10:25:00 Lots of influential folks and organisations coming out of the woodwork now for remain. I also wonder whether Farage shot himself in the foot with that misjudged poster, followed as it was by Jo Cox's murder by a right winger shouting his support for Brexit when he appeared in Court.

Cic, I know you might risk having a hernia if you read the Guardian, but there is a really interesting article there today by Anthony Beevor tracing the impact of a Frenchman Monnet and his influence on the design of the EU. Oddly you could easily argue that the article supports the film you posted (ie the anti democratic argument), but for some reason that escapes me, Beevor uses the story to argue that if Britain leaves it will become the most hated country in Europe and other parts of the world. The article is really interesting but his conclusions don't seem to be supported by it. Worth reading though in light of your film.

To clarify, it was actually 1981 that this happened, when we sold our house.
