1421648	2016-06-10 22:28:00	I dont see how race comes into it. Murder = Intended to kill. They would therefore not have been convicted of murder Perhaps manslaughter + torture + GBH instead . And up the sentence to match murder in cases like this. The real worry is we only hear about the kids beaten to death. Just how many thousands of kids get just as bad a beating but dont actually die, so no one hears about it ? Ok starting at the top. The Race issue follows on from the special treatment given to Maori, like the Maori Kings son being excused for drunk driving and instructions for Maori in South Auckland not to be charged for driving whilst disqualified or without a license. Moving on to the description of Murder. 7236 Moving onto Penalties. 7237 So you see not charging them with Murder just opens the way for a bleeding heart Judge to give them less than the Mandatory 10 years for Murder which they were as guilty as hell of. 1421652	2016-06-11 02:45:00	How about some examples to back your case.The state of NZ prisons for a start, where Maori make up over half the prison population but less then 5 % of the NZ population. There was a case recently where the judge sentenced 3 teenagers to community service for theft of $80000 of goods, saying you are lucky you have nice parents with good lawyers otherwise it would be jail.	plod (107)

What they found is crime rises in the poor areas, the poor families tend to end up like that. Makes no difference what colour they are, the findings were the same in other countries.	pctek (84)
