Watched it yesterday Its unrealistic to expect it to be the same, there will of course be pressure to make it Politically Correct now that Clarkson is gone Chris Evans : truly awefull . Like a hyperactive nerd . The worst choice for a car show . Matt LeBlac : actually quite good . He has bucket loads of charisma & cool , when he's not reading from a script :) He is more like the previous 3 . The german woman (Sabine?) , saw very little of her . Overall, I though it was quite good. Its taking on more a a TG US feel, more of the challenges than car tests. After all, who really needs a serious in-depth test of a car none of the viewers will ever own. Lets remember some of the past Top Gears have been really really bad (boring), they werent all gems in the past. I cant understand TV critics saying there were too many presenters, there were only 2 .:) |

| 1421179 | 2016-05-30 23:51:00 | It was ok but it didn't make me keen to watch more. I'm not really into car shows, it was the Hijinks of the previous 3 Idiots that made it entertaining. Maybe over time they'll improve. |

Maybe over time they'll improve. I reckon it'll improve, but it wont be a bunch of people being idiots...that show will return on Amazon. I expect this one will become more or a car show, as oppposed to a show with 3 guys that does happen to feature cars. If not, then they'll force the make it like the old show, and it'll die <prediction> |

| 1421182 | 2016-05-31 21:52:00 | They also have ExtraGear now which is a half-hour online program to supplement the TG show. There was more of Sabine on there, plus is presented by Rory Reid and Chris Harris. Wasn't too bad. It only had a tiny bit of Evans at the start :D |

I always watch UK show Wheeler Dealers (en.wikipedia.org) on Discovery (wheelerdealers.discoveryuk.com/) with skill set of Mike Brewers sales approach and Ed China's (https:) suburb mechanical/body work skills. Also seeing the various classic British/Euro cars they transform (e.g Jensen Interceptor, Rover P5, Audi P1800) and the seemingly numerous specialist UK classic car and accessories shops that seem to be prevalent in the UK. |

The Ginger Whinger is even more childish than the 3 he replaced and really not funny. I see a reboot with different presenters for series 24 if this carries on as it started. I'll give it a couple more episodes since Clarkson et al needed 3 episodes to bed in but on the basis of the show I just watched I fear I won't be watching episode 4. Sabina can surely drive but trying to make the German accent funny big fail |

| 1421185 | 2016-06-08 23:56:00 | I'm pretty much with Gary - not as bad as I expected. I think definitely still worth watching. Yes, quite scripted but what do you expect. I don't mind LeBlanc at all, Evans really is hyperactive and very annoying, he just needs to chill out and he would be OK. Sabine is all good. Think about when Top Gear first started with Clarkson, May and Hammond, it took them years to gel like they do. If Evans stops trying to be a ginger Clarkson and they stay with the same presenters for a year or two, I think there is every possibility that it would be quite reasonable. |

| 1421186 | 2016-06-09 00:42:00 | In the last few years/seasons of the Clarkson era, the critics were saying all the same things : on its last legs, Clarkson should retire, show should just close , hosts dont actually like each other , little to do with car reveiws. Its going to take some time to come right , many of the Clarkson TG's were quite bad as well. Saw episode 2 , the challenge part of the show was boring & too long. Also added some new 3rd guy in the challenge, who many non brits would find hard to understand ...so just why ?? I'll stick with it, it must have hit bottom with that episode 2. |
