| 651128 | 2008-03-20 19:01:00 | Before I make a total dumb ass of myself here, where do I find the properties and settings for a Dell Wireless 2350 Broadband Router on the host computer? I can't find the router listed anywhere in system properties, or control panel. Help!!!! |

| 651129 | 2008-03-20 20:07:00 | It wont actually be on your PC as such, you will need to go through your web browser - look at the manual and it will tell you what IP address to type in to the router settings. Online manual here (support.dell.com) Look under configuring | wainuitech (129) | ||
| 651130 | 2008-03-20 20:10:00 | You log into a browser (if its like any other router). And type in 10.1.1.1 or whatever it is to get into its config Its not in Control panel or in System properties. That site is a bit screwed, if you use firefox. First time I went to that site, nothing came up, when I clicked on the links IE displays it OK |

Just in case its not the address speedy suggested you need to find the routers address. 1. Click the Start button. 2. Click Run. 3. In the Open box, type the following text: cmd 4. Click the OK button. The command prompt screen appears. 5. At the command prompt, type ipconfig /all 6. The routers address you need to type in your web browser is what ever the gate way is displayed as eg: 192.168.1.1 or 10.1.1.1 so you would type in 192.168.1.1 or http: press enter and you will get the log in box for the router. |
