349994 2005-04-28 11:06:00 How much would you pay for this system:
AMD Sempron 2200+
Microstar KM4M-V Motherboard
Hitachi 7200Rpm 80 Gig HDD
512Mb RAM
Chi Mei 17" LCD TFT Monitor
BTC 52X32X52 CDRW + 16X DVD combo drive
400W Midi Tower case with front USB 2.0 ports
Microsoft multimedia keyboard
Microsoft optical mouse

First of all how much would you pay for that as it is and secondly how much would you pay without the monitor.

349997 2005-04-28 11:28:00 Probably worth about $475-500 new without monitor and who knows with the monitor since Iv'e never heard of a "Chi Mei" monitor. the highlander (245)
349998 2005-04-28 11:31:00 What about with a 17" Acer CRT monitor? calamari13 (7987)

Chi Mei are the same as CMV, also same as Polyview. I'd also say about 500 incl GST for the system. With the monitor, add about 300+gst.

350000 2005-04-28 12:34:00 17" CRT < $200
17" LCD < $400

350001 2005-04-28 13:44:00 I would pay $700 inc GST w/ 17" LCD and $650 inc GST w/ 17" CRT.

I don't recommend that you get a CMV/Poly View/Chi Mei View LCD though. All the reviews I've read on them are terrible. I saw one in a shop and all the pixels were slightly blurred.
