| 349761 | 2005-04-28 07:04:00 | Has anyone had any luck with that txt system of vodafones where you txt the name of you bank to 262 etc info here. (www.vodafone.co.nz) I have tried txting BNZ so many different ways but I get a txt saying 'we are unable to determine your bank. Please txt the name of your bank e.g.: ASB, BNZ, etc. My phone is on the compatibility list so I don't know what the problem is. I emailed Vodafone twice about this but they still haven't replied their customer service sucks :mad: :groan: |

I sent a text message with only the text Bnz in it (capitalisation as shown) to 262. Got a $20 voucher for a sim2 card back within 10 seconds. I know from experience that their response to email queries is diabolical. Only when I found out the name of the MD, and emailed him, did I get some action. What model phone are you using? Is it hotlink compatible? Not that that should matter - they should still tell you if your phone is unsuitable. |
